THE CAROLINAS GOLF FOUNDATION WAS FORMED BY THE CAROLINAS GOLF ASSOCIATION IN 1977 TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND FUNDING FOR A VARIETY OF CAROLINAS-BASED GOLF INITIATIVES.

THE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE SPAY/NEUTER IN NORTH CAROLINA TO ADDRESS PET OVERPOPULATION.

YOUTH SPORTS AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE BECOMING LESS AFFORDABLE. THE MISSION OF THE HV3 FOUNDATION IS TO INCREASE ACCESS AND INCLUSION FOR ALL YOUTH IN SPORTS THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND SPORT PROGRAMS, BY SUBSIDIZING AND/OR OPERATING SUCH PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT AFFORD THEM.

OPERATE A 24 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED.

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FUNDS FOR THE HEADSTART PROGRAM, COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS, AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL AND MEDICAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are business and professional men and/or women or other individuals who have a common interest in improving the life of the community, which conduct fund-raising events to finance community service projects. Many service clubs are chapters of national or international organizations.

TO SUPPORT THE UNITED STATES SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMUNITY THROUGH DIRECT SUPPORT TO FAMILIES OF FALLEN OPERATORS, HEALING PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO COMBAT THE EFFECTS OF PTS, TBI AND LOSS OF A LOVED ONE, AND YOUTH SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CHILDREN OF ACTIVE DUTY MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY.

THE ARC OF MOORE COUNTY EXISTS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH ADVOCACY, SUPPORTS AND SERVICES.

THE ORGANIZATION IS A HALFWAY HOUSE FOR RECOVERING ALCOHOLICS AND DRUG ADDICTED WOMEN. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A HOME, FOOD, CLOTHING AND COUNSELING TO A MAXIMUM OF 8 PATIENTS AT A TIME.

THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH SCHOOLS AND COURTS TO WORK ONE-ON-ONE WITH KIDS AT RISK OF FAILING OR DROPPING OUT OF SCHOOL DUE TO LACK OF PARENTAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE. ALSO, OFFERS ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING TO ADULTS WITH LOW LITERACY SKILLS, HELPS THEM LEARN ENGLISH, AS WELL AS PASSING THEIR CITIZENSHIP EXAM AND TEACH PARENTS TO READ TO THEIR CHILDREN.
