ENRICH LIVES AND EXPAND THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHILDREN, ADULTS AND FAMILIES THROUGH DIVERSE EDUCATION PROGRAMS THAT ADVANCE LITERACY IN ITS MANY FORMS AND TO PROMOTE LIFELONG LEARNING, WHICH RESULTS IN AN INFORMED AND EMPOWERED COMMUNITY.

MISSION:

THE INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP CENTER PROVIDES THE HIGHLANDS AREA WITH A LINK FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO LOCAL RESOURCES FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES.
