THESE SERVICES ARE DELIVERED BOTH ON-SITE AT THE CONSTITUENTS' LOCATIONS AND THROUGH TELEPHONE, E-MAIL, INTERNET AND OTHER MEANS OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT VARIOUS TIMES AND ARE FUNDED THROUGH FEES PAID BY THE CONSTITUENT SEEKING THE SERVICES FROM COACH APPROACH MINISTRIES.
