UNDER ITS OPERATING PLAN, THE ORGANIZATION HAS EXECUTED AN AGREEMENT WITH ITS RELATED MANAGEMENT SERVICE ORGANIZATION, UPLIFT COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES, INC., AN S CORPORATION ENTITY. UNDER THE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, UPLIFT COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES, INC. PROVIDES ALL LABOR AND R
