THESE SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO ASSIST OLDER PERSON IN LEADING INDEPENDENT, MEANINGFUL AND DIGNIFIED LIVES IN THEIR OWN HOMES AND COMMUNITIES AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
