THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES AND TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST ALL FORMS OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH AT COPIAH- LINCOLN COMMUNITY COLLEGE. THE FOUNDATION IS AN AUXILIARY ORGANIZATION OF THE COLLEGE WHICH ADMINISTERS SCHOLARSHIPS TO BOTH STUDENTS AND FACULTY MEMBERS AND RAISES FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE ENTIRE COLLEGE.

TO PROVIDE FACILITIES AND INSTRUCTION FOR CHILDREN AGES 4-12 IN T-BALL, SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL.
