CHAMBER DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO BUSINESSES AND THE COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
