A DA HI UTILITIES, INC OPERATES A RURAL SEWER SYSTEM TO FURNISH SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 164 PROPERTY OWNERS IN A RURAL AREA OF SOUTHEAST MONROE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI ADJACENT TO THE TOMBIGBEE RIVER WATERWAY.
