LOUIS, MISSOURI, AND TO CONDUCT SUCH ACTIVITIES AS ARE GENERALLY RELATED THERETO; AND TO MAINTAIN THE NATIONAL ASPECT OF THE SHOW AND TO DONATE A DESIGNATED AMOUNT OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE SHOW TO CHARITY AS SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 8.1.
