PROMOTE AND ENHANCE STANDARDIZED JOINT EDUCATION FOR FIREFIGHTERS AND EMS PERSONNEL. EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING EMERGENCY SERVICES IN ST. CHARLES COUNTY.
