LIFE LESSONS - TEACH THE IDEALS OF SPORTSMANSHIP, LEADERSHIP, SELF ESTEM AND RESPECT FOR TEAMMATES, COACHES, OPPONENTS, UMPIRES AND THE GAME OF BASEBALL. CREATE CULTURE - PROMOTE THE GAME OF BASEBALL IN A MANNER THAT ENCOURAGES ENTHUSIASTIC SUPPORT FROM PARTICIPANTS, STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY.
