PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO ELIGIBLE YOUNG WOMEN AND MEN FROM THE COMMUNITIES OF SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN THAT PARTICIPATE IN THE BLOSSOMTIME FESTIVAL.

JOE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT; AND HELP PROMOTE PUBLIC USE OF BEACHES AND PARKS IN ST. JOE AND SOUTHWESTERN MICHIGAN.
