TO PROMOTE THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN THE UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN THROUGH FOSTERING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, ENCOURAGING ETHICAL CONDUCT AND PROMOTING INTEGRITY AND RESPONSIBILITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION INCLUDE ACTING AS A REPOSITORY OF INFORMATION FOR THE INDUSTRY, SUPPORTING LOCAL CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAINTAINING A COMMUNICATION NETWORK WITH OTHER GROUPS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL SOCIETEIES AND PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR CONCERTED ACTION ON QUESTIONS OF GENERAL CONCERN TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

MISSION:

THE FOLLOWING IS FROM THE INCORPORATION OF ARTICLES: TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TO MAINTAIN LAW AND ORDER; TO FOSTER & PERPETUATE A ONE HUNDRED PERCENT AMERICANISM; TO PRESERVE THE MEMORIES & INCIDENTS OF OUR ASSOCIATES IN THE GREAT WARS; TO INCULCATE A SENSE OF INDIVIDUAL OBLIGATION TO THE COMMUNITY, STATE AND NATION; TO COMBAT THE AUTOCRACY OF BOTH THE CLASSES &THE MASSES; TO MAKE RIGHT THE MASTER OF MIGHT; TO PROMOTE PEACE AND GOODWILL ON EARTH; TO SAFEGUARD AND TRANSMIT TO POSTERITY THE PRINCIPLES OF JUSTICE, FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY; TO CONSECRATE AND SANCTIFY OUR COMRADESHIP BY OUR DEVOTION TO MUTUAL HELPFULNESS.

FORM 990, PART I, LINE 1 AND PART III, LINE 4A - INSTITUTE SHARED LIBRARY AUTOMATION SYSTEM AMONG 101 MEMBER LIBRARIES. MEMBER SERVICES INCLUDE THE RETENTION OF CONSULTANTS, VARIOUS DISCOUNTS, PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT, HOLDING OF BOARD MEETINGS AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES TO SUPPORT THIS ACTIVITY.

OPERATION OF A RELIGIOUS NON-COMMERCIAL, EDUCATIONAL RADIO STATION REACHING THE UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN, PARTS OF WISCONSIN AND PARTS OF CANADA

The goal of this organization is to provide a wide variety of social services that are designed to support healthy family development, improve the familys ability to resolve problems and prevent the need for unnecessary placement of children in settings outside the home.

The goal of this organization is to operate visiting nurse associations and other similar organizations that provide skilled nursing care and related health services on a home care basis for recently discharged hospital patients, and elderly or disabled individuals who may otherwise be institutionalized.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.

TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION AND RECREATION THROUGH ORGANIZED TEAM PLAY IN THE SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY, AND TO HELP ALL PARTICIPANTS GROW SOCIALLY, PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY TO THEIR UTMOST POTENTIALS BOTH AS HOCKEY PLAYERS AND CITIZENS OF OUR COMMUNITY.
