IT IS BOTH OUR PURPOSE AND OUR EXPECTATION THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO REVERSE THE CYCLE OF POVERTY THERE THROUGH THE ADDRESSING OF ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURAL NEEDS (WATER, AGRICULTURE, HEALTH) WHILE DEVELOPING A MODEL FOR SUSTAINING THOSE IMPROVEMENTS (EDUCATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT).
