ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND A FACILITY FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS.

COOPERATE WITH THE MICHIGAN HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION IN STRUCTURING AND IMPLEMENTING PROJECTS DESIGNED TO ADVANCE THE INTERSCHOLASTIC PROGRAMS TO SECONDARY SCHOOLS; 4. COOPERATE WITH THE NATIONAL INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION IN STRUCTURING AND IMPLEMENTING PROJECTS DESIGNED TO ADVANCE THE INTERSCHOLASTIC PROGRAMS TO SECONDARY SCHOOLS; 5. IMPROVE THE PROGRAMS OF INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS IN THE AREA OF MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATION; 6. ADVANCE PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP AND COMPETENCE BY MUTUAL PROBLEM SOLVING; AND 7. GIVE SUPPORT, LEADERSHIP, AND SERVICE TO STATE AND NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.
