TO HOLD TITLE TO AN EXISTING JEWISH CEMETERY LOCATED IN GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN TOGETHER WITH A CHAPEL, OUTBUILDINGS, IMPROVEMENTS AND ASSETS COMPRISING OF A PERPETUAL CARE FUND, TO PROVIDE FOR BURIALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH JEWISH PRACTICES.
