MEMBERS MAY USE INDIVIDUAL HRA PLAN FUNDS TO COVER MEDICAL CLAIMS WHICH ARE NOT OTHERWISE COVERED UNDER THE UA LOCAL 190 HEALTH AND WELFARE PLANS, OR MAKE SELF-PAYMENTS FOR HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.

THE TRUST WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE BENEFITS TO BOILERMAKERS PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF THE APPLICABLE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF TRUST.

TO SUPPORT RESEARCH INTO THE MECHANISMS UNDERLYING THE DISEASE AND THERAPEUTIC STRATEGIES AIMED AT REDUCING THE BURDEN OF ILLNESS. TO ENGAGE AND ENLIST THE SUPPORT OF INSTITUTIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHOSE ACTIVITIES IMPACT THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH PARKINSON'S AND RELATED DISORDERS.

MGP IS DEDICATED TO EQUPPING DETERMINED YOUNG ADULTS THROUGH LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, PROACTIVE COACHING, LONG TERM MENTORING AND THE DEICIPLINE OF GOLF IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN COLLEGE, IN THEIR CAREERS AND BEYOND.

THE PINK FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO BREAST CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES

THE TRUST FUND WAS CREATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING ANNUAL DISTRIBUTIONS OF VACATION PAY TO EACH EMPLOYEE ENTITLED TO SAME PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF TRUST.

MISSION:

THE OAKLAND COUNTY MEDICAL SOCIETY'S MISSION IS TO GROW OAKLAND COUNTY'S COMMUNITY OF ACTIVELY INVOLVED PHYSICIANS SERVED BY AN ORGANIZATION POSITIVELY IMPACTING THEIR WORK ENVIRONMENT TO IMPROVE THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE. THE SOCIETY ADVOCATES FOR, INFORMS AND EMPOWERS PHYSICIANS SO THEY CAN FOCUS ON PROVIDING THE BEST QUALITY PATIENT CARE NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
