DESIGNED TO HELP BOLSTER SUPPORT FOR WICOMICO COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS. THIS IDEA IS A JOINT EFFORT OF THE GREATER SALISBURY COMMITTEE AND THE SALISBURY AREA CHAMBER OFF COMMERCE, WITH SUPPORT ALSO FROM THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF THE EASTERN SHORE.

TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUALS WITH PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES IN A SELF-SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY NETWORK AND TO PROVIDE RIGHTS AND EMPOWERMENT TO CONSUMERS.
