BLT IS A COMMUNITY NON-PROFIT DEDICATED TO PRESERVING OPEN SPACES, NATURAL RESOURCES, AND THE UNIQUE CHARACTER IN THE TOWN OF BARNSTABLE AND NEARBY AREAS.

The goal of this organization is to enable students who demonstrate financial need to obtain the financial assistance they require to meet their educational and living expenses while in school.

TO ENRICH AND FURTHER THE CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF OUR REGION THROUGH MUSIC AND THE ARTS BY ENCOURAGING LIFELONG INVOLVEMENT WITH SUPERIOR MUSIC AND ARTS EDUCATION TO ALL RESIDENTS OF AND VISITORS TO CAPE COD.

ORENDA WILDLIFE LAND TRUST PROTECTS WILDLIFE AND WILDLIFE HABITAT. ORENDA ACQUIRES LAND TO BE HELD IN PERPETUITY AS PROTECTED WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES, AND ASSISTS OTHERS IN PROTECTING OPEN SPACE FOR WILDLIFE.

TO PRESERVE THE WEST PARISH MEETINGHOUSE IN THE TOWN OF BARNSTABLE, MA AS AN HISTORIC MEMORIAL OF EARLY AMERICA AND AMERICANS AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS END, TO IMPROVE, REPAIR, ENLARGE, ALTER, RESTORE AND MAINTAIN THE PRESENT 1717 STRUCTURE.

TO PROVIDE DAY AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO ADULTS AGES 22 AND UP, INCLUDING ASSISTING WITH FUNCTIONAL, SOCIAL SKILL, AND ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING THAT ENCOURAGE, EMPOWER AND CHALLENGE INDIVIDUALS ALONG THE SPECTRUM OF ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE THEIR INHERENT WORTH AND BE THEIR BEST SELVES.
