SAUGUS COMMUNITY TELEVISION, INC OPERATES AND OVERSEAS THE PEG (PUBLIC, EDCUATION, AND GOVERMENT) ACCESS CHANNELS ON THE LOCAL CABLE TELEVISION IN SAUGUS, MASSACHUSETTS.
