THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO PROMOTE YACHTING, PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A SUITABLE CLUBHOUSE, AND ENCOURAGE GOOD FELLOWSHIP AMONG ITS MEMBERS.

THE MISSION OF THE FALMOUTH ARTISTS GUILD IS TO PROMOTE THE VISUAL ARTS FOR THE CAPE COD COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND EXHIBITIONS FOR ALL.

PROVIDE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR PEOPLE IN UGANDA AND OTHER COUNTRIES, INCLUDING EDUCATION FOR EMERGING ENTREPRENEURS AND THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE, PROVIDE BUSINESS INCUBATION SERVICES FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL CAPITAL FOR DEVELOPMENT WHERE THERE IS LITTLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

THE ORGANIZATION IS A FRATERNAL SOCIETY. IT PROVIDES CHARITABLE FUNDS TO PROMOTE THE IDEALS OF THE ORGANIZATION, AS WELL AS PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL AREA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.

TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO FAMILIES ON CAPE COD WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE HOMELESS AND INTERVENE WHERE POSSIBLE TO PREVENT FAMILIES FROM BECOMING HOMELESS.

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that use a bulk of their resources to provide charitable services or run charitable programs of their own. They make few, if any, grants to outside organizations and, like private independent foundations, they generally do not raise funds from the public.

THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO POSITIVELY IMPACTING INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES IN THE TOWN OF FALMOUTH THROUGH CONSISTENT INVOLVEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY AND ANNUAL PHILANTHROPIC GIVING. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES HEALTH AND FITNESS THROUGH COMMUNITY PROGRAMS AND ITS ANNUAL ROAD RACE.

OPERATES UNDER THE LODGE SYSTEM FOR EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS. THE NET INCOME OF WHICH IS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR BENEVOLENT, FRATERNAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

BELONGING TO EACH OTHER, INC. PROVIDES LOVING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO OUR FALMOUTH MASS NEIGHBORS AS THEY TRANSITION TO STABLE HOUSING. THIS INCLUDES TEMPORARY COLD-WEATHER HOUSING AND YEAR-ROUND HOUSING STABILIZATION SERVICES, AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT OF EMERGENCY SHELTERS IN FALMOUTH FOR PEOPLE LIVING OUTDOORS DURING EXTREME WINTER WEATHER.

PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY INDIVIDUALS SUCH AS HOUSING AND MEAL ASSISTANCE.

THE CLUB PROMOTES AND ENCOURAGES THE SPORT OF CURLING THROUGH EDUCATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS.

PROVIDE FOR THE WELFARE OF HOMELESS DOGS. THIS INCLUDES NECESSARY VETERINARY CARE, FEEDING, EXERCISING, BATHING, ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS, AND ADOPTIONS OF THE DOGS.

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family.
