MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION REPRESENTING APPROXIMATELY 400 UNION MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that use a bulk of their resources to provide charitable services or run charitable programs of their own. They make few, if any, grants to outside organizations and, like private independent foundations, they generally do not raise funds from the public.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to preserve and protect endangered land resources from indiscriminate development, destruction or decay and which manage the utilization of renewable and nonrenewable resources to ensure ongoing availability. Included are conservation of the nations forests, rangeland, vegetation, deserts, wild and scenic rivers and other wilderness areas and open land spaces; and reestablishment of areas that have been devastated by destructive activities such as strip mining or other destructive activities.

MISSION:

SINCE 1980, IA HAS WORKED WITH PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PROVIDING THE RESOURCES WHICH ENABLE THEM TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS THEY WISH IN THE SETTING THAT THEY CHOOSE. LIVING INDEPENDENTLY IS ABOUT DIGNITY, FREEDOM AND OVERCOMING THE BARRIERS WHICH STILL EXIST TODAY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. AS A CROSS AGE, CROSS CULTURAL AND CROSS DISABILITY ORGANIZATION, IA WORKS TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO ANY PERSON WITH A DISABILITY LIVING WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.

MISSION:

SOWMA IS COMMITTED TO DEVELOP AND SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING FOR HOMELESS YOUTH, AND TO PROVIDE SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO HOMELESS CHILDREN.

THE CEMETERY IS INTENDED FOR THE INTERMENT OF THOSE ENTITLED TO BURIAL ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GENERAL LAWS OF CHAPTER 114 OF THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS AND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE EAST BRIDGEWATER CEMETERY CORPORATION.

OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE EAST BRIDGEWATER CABLE ACCESS TELEVISION SYSTEM FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING AND DEVELOPING COMMUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL CABLE TELEVISION ACCESS PROGRAMMING.

The goal of this organization is to provide or coordinate free or low-cost transportation services for older adults, people with disabilities, people with medical conditions, people who are indigent, students and other eligible individuals.

TO PROACTIVELY PROVIDE A SAFE GATEWAY TO SUBSTANCE USE INFORMATION, RESOURCES, SUPPORT AND HOPE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR LOVED ONES, AS WELL AS PROMOTING AWARENESS AND EDUCATION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY-AT-LARGE.
