TO HOLD AN ANNUAL CARNIVAL (MARDI GRAS) PARADE IN HOUMA, LOUISIANA, WHICH IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THE PARADE PROMOTES TOURISM, RAISES COMMUNITY SPIRIT, AND AIDS THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY BY BRINGING IN FUNDS FROM THE COMMUNITY AND TOURISTS.

The goal of this organization is to provide preventive, diagnostic and treatment services in a variety of community and hospital-based settings to help people to achieve and maintain a state of emotional well-being, personal empowerment and the skills to cope with everyday demands without excessive stress.
