THIS LOCAL LABOR UNION REPRESENTS MEMBERS IN THE SOUTHWESTERN OHIO AND NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY AREAS IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ACTIVITIES. IT IS AFFILIATED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BRIDGE, STRUCTURAL AND ORNAMENTAL IRON WORKERS, MACHINERY MOVERS AND RIGGERS.

TO ENCOURAGE CAREFUL SELECTION OF INDIVIDUALS COMING INTO THE IRON WORKER TRADE & TO TRAIN APPRENTICES WHO ARE NOW IN THE IRON WORKERS TRADE; TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING TRAINING THAT WILL EQUIP THEM FOR SAFE & PROFITABLE EMPLOYMENT & GOOD CITIZENSHIP & TO FURTHER THE ASSURANCE OF QUALIFIED IRON WORKERS TO THE EMPLOYER TO THE END THAT THE PUBLIC MAY RECEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE WORK AVAILABLE.

WEGAIN A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE OVERALL HEALTH OF REEF ECOSYSTEMS ANDDEVISE ACTION PLANS WHERE NEEDED.
