UNINSURED, LOW INCOME PATIENTS ARE CHARGED BASED ON A SLIDING SCALE FEE USING THE FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES. WE ALSO EXTEND THIS SLIDING SCALE FEE FOR CO-PAYS AND DEDUCTIBLES TO MEDICARE PATIENTS WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTS.
