WE ARE A STAND ALONE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY FROM JOHNSON COUNTY DEVELOPMENTAL SUPPORTS THAT ADDRESSES THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND BASIC NEEDS OF THOSE SERVED.

OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF CARE FOR THE PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PAP) PATIENTS AND PROVIDERS THAT REFLECTS POSITIVELY ON THE DONOR COMPANY AND DRAWS UPON THE HUMANITARIAN VALUES OF HEART TO HEART INTERNATIONAL, OUR RELATED MEDICAL HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATION.
