THE CORPORATION HAS ALSO ENTERED INTO A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT CONTRACT (HAP CONTRACT) WITH HUD. THE HAP CONTRACT IS A RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES (OR PERSONS) AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
