ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES RESOURCES TO OTHER NONPROFIT ENTITIES INVOLVED IN, OR COMMITTED TO, PROVIDING SERVICES WHICH ARE ALIGNED WITH CHC'S VISION AND STANDARDS OF CARE. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE RELATED TO END-OF-LIFE CARE AND THE NEEDS OF THESE PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
