IN 1993 THE ORGANIZATION SHIFTED ITS FOCUS TO CREATING A RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT MODEL THAT CAN BE USED BY OTHERS TO HELP BREAK THE CYCLE OF FAMINE AND POVERTY IN COMMUNITIES.
