HEART CITY HEALTH CENTER, INC. IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER (FQHC) PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE AND EDUCATION FOR THE ELKHART COMMUNITY.

1. TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY AND TRANSITION HOUSING FOR THE HOMELESS AS WELL AS MEALS, CLOTHING, TRANSP, EDUCATION, COUNSELING & CHAPEL SERVICES. TO PROVIDE MEALS ON A WALK-IN BASIS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED. 2. OPERATION OF A THRIFT STORE WHERE SECOND HAND CLOTHING & HHG ARE FOR SALE TO GENERAL PUBLIC. THESE ITEMS ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO MISSION RESIDENTS.
