LHL BUILDING CORP HOLDS TITLE TO A BUILDING THAT WAS DONATED TO THE MADISON COUNTY ASSOCIATION FOR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CITIZENS. IT ALSO HOLDS TITLE TO A BUILDING THAT WAS CONSTRUCTED. IT MAINTAINS THESE BUILDINGS AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS AND COLLECTS RENT FROM THE WILLIAM M. BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT AND RESOURCE CENTER, A TAX EXEMPT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES TRAINING FOR MENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND CHILDREN.

MISSION:

WILLIAM BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT AND RESOURCE CENTER PROVIDES THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICES AND PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO HAVE A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY WHO RESIDE IN MADISON COUNTY ILLINOIS.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION UNITES ITS MEMBERS IN THE BONDS OF FRATERNITY, BENEVOLENCE AND CHARITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A YEAR-ROUND SCHEDULE OF SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
