IT MAINTAINS THESE BUILDINGS AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS AND COLLECTS RENT FROM THE WILLIAM M. BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT AND RESOURCE CENTER, A TAX EXEMPT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES TRAINING FOR MENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND CHILDREN.

WILLIAM BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT AND RESOURCE CENTER PROVIDES THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICES AND PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO HAVE A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY WHO RESIDE IN MADISON COUNTY ILLINOIS.
