TO ADMINISTER THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS OF MIDDLE STATES ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION AND I.B.E.W. LOCAL 9, INCLUDING NEGOTIATIONS, PROCESSING OF GRIEVANCES AND ALL OTHER MANAGEMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES NECESSARY TO ADMINISTER THE AGREEMENT.
