The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

THE CORPORATION SHALL RECEIVE AND DISBURSE FUNDS, PROPERTY AND GIFTS OF ANY KIND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE QUINCY HUMANE SOCIETY, INC., AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, OR ITS SUCCESSOR.

PROVIDE DAYCARE FOR ALL CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY WITH EMPHASIS ON THE CARE OF LOWER INCOME FAMILIES.

THE MISSION OF ROSE MICHAEL GARDENS IS TO CONTRUCT, FINANCE, LEASE, OWN, AND OPERATE AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN FORT MADISON, IOWA FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PERSONS WITH VERY LOW INCOME LEVELS.

The goal of this organization is to provide or coordinate a wide variety of programs and services that meet the needs and interests of the senior population. Also included are organizations that administer funding for senior services under Title III of the Older Americans Act.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.
