THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION, SUBJECT TO ANY LIMITATIONS OR RESTRICTIONS STATED IN THE INSTRUMENT UNDER WHICH THE DONATION IS CONTRIBUTED TO THE CORPORATION.
