IN TOTAL, THE 2 DISSOLVED ORGANIZATIONS GENERATED $200,705 NET INCOME PRE-MERGER. THIS REVENUE WAS ASSOCIATED WITH EXPENSES THAT ARE REFLECTED ON THE SURVIVING ENTITIES FORM 990. INCLUDING THIS NET INCOME IN TOTAL LEAVES NET INCOME FOR THE SURVIVING ENTITY OF ($12,571). FY 2022 FORM 990 WILL REFLECT FULL-YEAR FINANCIAL POSITION OF THE SURVIVING ENTITY

HINSDALE LODGE IS A FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION OF ANCIENT FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS WHOSE MISSION IS THE PROMOTION OF CHARITY, MASONIC GOODWILL AND FELLOWSHIP.

THE HINSDALE SWIM CLUB ENCOURAGES THE DEVELOPMENT OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, INDIVIDUAL INTEGRITY, AND TEAM PLAY.
