THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SEEKS TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH OPPORTUNITIES AND TRAINING THAT EMPOWER SELF SUFFICIENCY THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED STATES AND ABROAD VIA LOCAL AGENCIES MUNICIPALITIES STATE GOVERNMENTS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
