TO PROVIDE A FILM FESTIVAL THAT WILL EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE FINE ART OF FILM MAKING, WHILE PROVIDING LESSER-KNOWN FILM MAKERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE THEIR TALENTS THEY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE IN THE UNIQUE CULTURE OF KEY WEST.
