ALL FUNDS CONTRIBUTED TO THE IRREVOCABLE TRUST FUND ARE FIDUCIARY FUNDS HELD IN THE NAME OF THE PLAN FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS.
