RAISED MONEY TO BUILD A SMALLER OUTDOOR AMPITHEATRE AT THE FAIR TO BE USED FOR KIDS PROGRAMS, TALENT SHOWS, AND TRACTOR PEDAL PULLS. ATTENDANCE WAS AROUND 12,000 PEOPLE DURING THE 2022 GUTHRIE COUNTY FAIR.

INTERMEDIATE & SKILLED NURSING HOME THE NEW HOMESTEAD FACILITY WAS A LICENSED FOR 64 NURSING HOME. THE BUILDING WAS SOLD IN 2012 AND IS NOW WINDING DOWN IT'S ACTIVITIES.
