QUAD CITIES REGIONAL VISION (Q2030) IS AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION THAT CONVENES MULTIPLE STAKEHOLDERS TO RESOLVE ISSUES, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO STRENGTHEN THE REGION.
