THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE HOSPITAL CARE, NURSING HOME CARE AND ALL OTHER TYPES OF HEALTH CARE AND THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER 26 U.S.C. SECTION 501 (C) (3)

TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THE ROOSEVELT WARM SPRINGS INSTITUTE FOR REHABILITATION(DBA ROOSEVELT WARM SPRINGS/RWS), AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, THROUGH FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES, PROJECTS, OR OTHER APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES AS MAY BE BENEFICIAL.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]
