SPARK WILL ENDEAVOR TO CREATE THE NECESSARY SUPPORT SYSTEM TO UNDERGIRD THESE ENTREPRENEURS, SO THEY WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO CREATE JOBS AND BUILD THEIR COMMUNITY ONE BUSINESS AT A TIME.
