The goal of this organization is to provide alternative living arrangements for people who require care, supervision and support on a 24-hour basis or during part of the day.

THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS AS A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL OFFICIALS TO PROVIDE RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR OFFICIALS SO WE CAN IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR OFFICIATING TO ENHANCE THE ENJOYMENT OF PARTICIPATION IN AMATEUR BASKETBALL BY THE RESPECTIVE ATHLETES AND COACHES WHO PARTICIPATE. WE PROVIDE TRAINED OFFICIALS SO THAT THE GAMES CAN BE PLAYED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE SPORT SO THAT NO TEAM RECEIVES AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE OVER ITS COMPETITOR. THE MEMBERS MEET REGULARLY FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH NOVEMBER. WE PARTICIPATE IN GEORGIA HIGH SCHOOL ASSOCIATION (GHSA) TRAINING ACTIVITIES FOR BASKETBALL OFFICIALS AND ADHERE TO TRAINING AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES AS PROVIDED BY THE GHSA.

The goal of this organization is to support and fund raise for a single institution within the Education major group.

THE MISSION OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF AMATEUR FOOTBALL OFFICIALS; TO AID OFFICIALS IN ACQUIRING A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF PLAYING RULES; TO PROMOTE UNIFORMITY IN MECHANICS OF OFFICIATING; TO PROPAGATE COMPETENT YOUNG OFFICIALS TO REPLACE RETIRING OFFICIALS; TO SOLICIT AND ASSIGN GAMES FOR THE MEMBERS OF THIS ASSOCIATION; TO ENCOURAGE OBSERVANCE OF THE SPIRIT AND LETTER OF PLAYING RULES AND ETHICAL CODES ON ALL OCCASIONS; AND TO PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP.

COVENANT FINANCIAL MINISTRIES IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EQUIPPING THE CHURCH BY TEACHING BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES (STEWARDSHIP OF RESOURCES) OF FINANCE, MONEY MANAGMENT, AND TALENTS; TRAINING OTHERS TO TEACH THESE PRINCIPLES; PROVIDING FINANCIAL COUNSEL AND ASSISTANCE TO THOSE IN NEED OF ADVICE; AND SPREADING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND THE PRINCIPLES EXPOUNDED IN THE BIBLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in baseball or softball. Coaching, access to a baseball field, baseball equipment, uniforms, and managers and umpires for games are generally included.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING REPAIR AND RENOVATION SERVICES TO COMMUNITY BASED GROUPS SUCH AS NURSING HOMES, LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS, HOMELESS SHELTERS, TEEN CENTERS AND OTHER SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH CHRISTIAN MINISTRY OF SERVICE.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

MISSION:

ARMSTRONG FOUNDATION OF GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY, INC. ("FOUNDATION') RAISES FUNDS TO SUPPORT STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND THE SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY.EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2019, THE FOUNDATION WAS MERGED WITH AND INTO GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC., WHICH SHALL BE THE SURVIVING CORPORATION, AND THE FOUNDATION WILL CEASE TO EXIST AS A SEPARATE ENTITY.
