THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORTING SERVICES TO GRACE MEDICAL HOME, INC., A PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, BY HOLDING AND MANAGING REAL PROPERTY FOR USE BY GRACE MEDICAL HOME IN ITS EXEMPT ACTIVITIES.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN THE SECTION 202 DIRECT LOAN PROGRAM AND THE SECTION 8 LOW INCOME HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
