NABOR'S MAIN OBJECTIVES ARE: TO UNITE THOSE ENGAGED IN THE RECOGNIZED BRANCHES OF THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXERTING A BENEFICIAL INFLUENCE UPON THE PROFESSION AND RELATED INTERESTS; TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT IN THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION; TO PROVIDE A UNIFIED MEDIUM FOR REAL ESTATE OWNERS AND THOSE ENGAGED IN THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION WHEREBY THEIR INTERESTS MAY BE SAFEGUARDED AND ADVANCED; TO FURTHER THE INTEREST OF HOME AND OTHER REAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP; TO UNITE THOSE ENGAGED IN THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION IN THIS COMMUNITY WITH THE FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS AND THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.

THE MISSION OF VILLAGEWORX IS TO ALLEVIATE POVERTY BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO CLEARN WATER, FOOD SECURITY, AND COMMUNITY/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. VILLAGEWORX DOES THIS THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION OF A HOUSEHOLD WATER FILTER SYSTEM THAT WILL PROVIDE A FAMILY WITH CLEAN WATER FOR UP TO 10 YEARS. VILLAGEWORX ALSO CONDUCT A 2-YEAR AGRICULTURAL TRAINING PROGRAM BASED ON THE PFUMVUDZA PRINCIPLES OF CONSERVATION AGRICULTURE AND PARTNER WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY ON PROJECTS THAT WILL HELP THEM BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT.

THE ONGOING MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SUPPORT AND TO ENRICH THE SERVICES OF THE COLLIER COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM.THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LIBRARY RELATED PROGRAMS, INCLUDING SPONSORING AUTHORS, SPECIAL EVENTS FOR CHILDREN,EDUCATION TUITION, BOOKS AND TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR COUNTY LIBRARY EMPLOYEES FOR SEMINARS AND COLLEGE CREDIT CLASSES IN LIBRARY SCIENCE. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES FUNDS FOR LIBRARY MEDIA, LIBRARY EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE, INTERNET CONNECTIONS, TRAINING AND CONFERENCE FEES AND EXPENSES FOR LIBRARY EMPLOYEES, AN ADULT LECTURE SERIES AND PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDED FROM DONATIONS, MEMBER DUES, EARNINGS FROM INVESTMENTS AND PROCEEDS FROM FUND-RAISING FUNCTIONS.
