THE ENDOWMENT'S PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE TO MANAGE INVESTMENT FUNDS AND PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE FOUNDATION TO ACCOMPLISH ITS MISSION.

CONSERVATION, CURATORIAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH DISEMINATE INFORMATION REGARDING THE HISTORY OF THE CITY OF BOCA RATON, FLORIDA.

THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER DONATIONS AND BEQUESTS FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF THE BOCA RATON MUSEUM OF ART.
