THROUGH PARTNERING WITH FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES, THE FOUNDATION MATCHES UNDER-PRIVILEGED YOUTH WITH THE NEEDED RESOURCES TO PURSUE MUSIC AND ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. ELEVAR, THROUGH ONE OF ITS MOST ACTIVE PROGRAMS, THE ELMAR OLIVEIRA INTERNATIONAL VIOLIN COMPETITION, MENTORS YOUNG VIOLINISTS, AGES 16-32, TO BE CITIZEN ARTISTS AND ACTIVELY ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITIES THEY LIVE IN AND SERVE.
