TO EXAPAND THE FUNCTION & USE OF THE BULDING & LEGACY TO PROVIDE INCLUSIVE EMPOWERMENT OPPORTUNITIES, INCLDING COMMUNITY EDUCATION, LIFE-SKILLS TRAINING, AND JOB-TRAINING LEADING TO LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS.
