THE ORGANIZATION MISSION IS TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO SENIORS AND GRADUATES FROM SHEPAUG VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL AND OTHER SECONDARY SCHOOLS WHO HAVE BEEN RESIDENTS OF WASHINGTON, WASHINGTON DEPOT, MARBLEDALE AND NEW PRESTON FOR THEIR COLLEGE EDUCATIONS.
