THE CORPORATION OPENED GRAVES FOR LOT OWNERS AS NECESSARY. THE CORPORATION EXPENDED FUNDS TO MAINTAIN THE VARIOUS CEMETERY'S UNDER BUDGETS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE CORPORATION'S PURPOSE WAS ACHIEVED BY ITS ACTIVITIES.

The goal of this organization is to maintain cemeteries, or provide burial or funeral services for charitable purposes.
